Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Profitabilitas on dividend policy. The object of this research is the company registered in LQ 45 Year 2015 -2017. The data used are secondary data obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The research design is causal research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Of methods acquired 15 companies that meet the criteria of a total of 45 companies in 2015 – 2017. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that managerial ownership and, institutional ownership has a not affect Dividend Policy, whereas Profitabilitas has a positive effect on Dividend Policy of companies listed on LQ 45 years from 2015 to 2017. Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Profitabilitas, Dividend Policy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen . Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan terdaftar di LQ 45 Tahun 2015 – 2017. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari metode diperoleh 15 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dari total 45 perusahaan Tahun 2015– 2017. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen, Sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan terdaftar di LQ 45 tahun 2015 – 2017. Kata kunci: Kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen.
