Abstract

This study aims to find out empirically what factors influence company value. Selection of sample in this study used to purposive sampling method that is the selection of samples based on certain criteria. The object of this research is the real estate company and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2017. The sample selection in this study was purposive sampling method where the sample in this study was the annual financial statements of real estate companies and building construction in 2014-2017. The number of samples used is 39 companies. The method of data collection is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The data in this study fulfilled the requirements, the classic assumption test used was normality test, multicollinearity test, auto correlation test and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the study show that partially and simultaneously, the variables of institutional ownership, profitability and debt policy influence the value of the company. This is evidenced from the results of the simultaneous test (Test F) of the partial test results (t test) also showing a significant value of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keyword: Institutional Ownership, Profitability, Debt Policy and Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel berdasarkan suatu kriteria tertentu. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan real estate dan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014 – 2017. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 39 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dalam penelitian ini telah memenuhi syarat, uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variable kepemilikan institusional, profitabilitas dan kebijakan hutang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dana hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variable bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Kata kunci : Kepemilikan Institusional, Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Hutang dan Nilai perusahaan
