Abstract

This applicative thesis contains a documentary film entitled "COKEK". Cokek dance is a traditional dance from the Betawi people which is a social dance that functions as entertainment. The cameraman applies this film-making process through various references using all possible types of shots and camera angles. Taking pictures in this documentary film will produce images of every important moment and event that took place during shooting. The making of the documentary "COKEK" goes through three stages, the preproduction, production and post-production. In the pre-production stage, the process of determining the theme, surveying the place, research, making scripts, interviews, and list the tools you need for filmmaking. At the production stage the team carried out film-making activities. In the post-production stage, the cameramen assists the editor in editing the documentary film. Keyword : Cameramen, Cokek Dance, Documentary Film, Betawi Proses pembuatan skripsi aplikatif tayangan dokumenter ini berjudul “COKEK”. Kameramen mengaplikasikan proses pembuatan film ini melalui berbagai referensi dengan menggunakan semua tipe shot dan angle kamera yang memungkinkan untuk digunakan. Pengambilan gambar pada film dokumenter dituntut untuk menghasilkan gambar setiap momen-momen serta kejadian penting yang berlangsung saat shooting. Realitas peristiwa yang bersifat spontan menyebabkan interpretasi kreatif angle kamera mengikuti setiap gerakan objek apa adanya. Pembuatan film dokumenter “COKEK” melewati tiga tahap yaitu tahap pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Pada tahap pra produksi dilakukan proses penentuan tema, survey tempat, riset, membuat naskah, wawancara, dan list alat kebutuhan shooting. Pada tahap produksi tim melakukan kegiatan shooting. Pada tahap pasca produksi penulis membantu editor dalam melakukan pengeditan film dokumenter tersebut. Kata Kunci: Pengambilan gambar, Betawi, Kameramen, Tari Cokek, Film dokumenter
