Abstract
In the cost breakdown structure, the packaging cost of Beverage Tea products has several details, namely PET Bottle, Screw Cap, Shrink label, Carton Box, Ink Cartridge, and Ink Roll. Based on the principle (Value Engineering) that underlies this research is the existence of a large packaging cost phenomenon in PET Bottle Packaging. This research gets Results Factors affecting the stacking strength of PET Botle Packaging Beverages are the thickness of the body obtained for the optimal level setting, optimal weight and keep performance quality. QLF (Quality Loss Function) value that will describe how quality is maintained but there will be a more efficient and effective cost impact, the taguchi method is one of the tools used to get design optimization. SPC (Statistical Process Control) for stability of the process and all test processes of this research so that the industrial implications are more actual and applicable. Dalam struktur struktur biaya, biaya pengemasan produk minuman teh memiliki beberapa detail, yaitu Botol PET, Tutup botol, Label, Karton Box, Kartrid Tinta, dan Rol Tinta. Berdasarkan prinsip (Value Engineering) yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah adanya fenomena kenaikan biaya kemasan yang besar dalam Kemasan Botol PET. Penelitian ini mendapatkan Faktor-Faktor Hasil yang mempengaruhi kekuatan tumpukan yaitu Bottle strength dari Botle PET adalah ketebalan tubuh yang diperoleh untuk pengaturan level optimal, bobot optimal, dan menjaga kualitas kinerja. Nilai QLF (Quality Loss Function) yang akan menggambarkan bagaimana kualitas dipertahankan tetapi akan ada dampak biaya yang lebih efisien dan efektif, metode Taguchi adalah salah satu alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan optimasi desain. SPC (Statistical Process Control) untuk stabilitas proses dan semua proses pengujian penelitian ini sehingga implikasi industri lebih aktual dan dapat diterapkan.
