Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Leverage, liquidity and profitability to the value of the company. Data is obtained from companies which have listed LQ-45 index period 2017. Some previous studies of the value of the company showed different results - different. Therefore, other studies need to be done to test the theory of the value of the company. The study population of 45 LQ-45 companies. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 27 companies for 1 years of observation (2017in February and august) with 54 observations. Data were obtained from a sample of companies that are downloaded from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis with SPSS statistical software tools. The process of data analysis done first is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and then test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the partial Leverage and profitability significantly affect the value of the company. While the current ratio doesn't affect the value of the company. Keywords: leverage, liquidity, profitability, value of the company Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage, likuiditas dan profitabilitas. terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam kelompok LQ-45. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya mengenai nilai perusahaan memperlihatkan hasil yang berbeda - beda. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lain perlu dilakukan untuk menguji ulang teori tentang nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 45 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam kelompok LQ-45. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 27 perusahaan sampel untuk 1 tahun pengamatan (2017 bulan februari dan agustus) dengan 52 observasi (pengamatan). Data penelitian diperoleh dari perusahaan sampel yang diunduh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda dengan alat bantu software statistik SPSS. Proses analisis data yang dilakukan terlebih dahulu adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda lalu kemudian pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. sedangkan likuiditas, tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: leverage, likuiditas, profitabilitas, nilai perusahaan.
