Abstract

In the field implementation, sometimes the performance of tower cranes is often less productive in their work, there are other factors that influence the productivity of the machine. These factors include the condition of the condition of the equipment,in field conditions, management, and operator capabilities.in this study the authors identified several problems, namely the productivity of tower cranes in the project is unclear and indications of the productivity of tower cranes are not yet clear due to factors that affect productivity. In this study the author will analyze the productivity of the tower crane with webcyclone and analyze the factors that influence the productivity of the tower crane by distributing questionnairesto 20 people fromPT. Gunung Halimun Elok which will then be processed using the SPSS program. Based on the analysis by the webyclone program, the productivity value of Tower Crane Alternative 1 on TC 1 Unloading steel is 0.392 / minute, in Lifting Scafolding TC 1 of 0.375 / minute, TC 2 is 0.258 / minute, on Lifting Formwork TC 1 is 0.34 / minutes, TC 2 is 0.258 / minute, in Lifting Steel TC 1 is 0.279 / minute, TC 2 is 0.240 / minute. Alternative 2 on TC 1 and TC, on Lifting Scafolding 0.201 / minute, on Lifting Formwork 0.201 / minute, on Lifting Steel 0.168 / minute. The influence factor of productivity on TC namely in field factors.This is because the amount of material and location around the project can cause TC to be less productive, this can cause delays in the work process on TC. Keywords: Crane, Productivity, Webcyclone, SPSS Dalam pelaksanaan dilapangan terkadang sering terjadi kinerja dari tower crane yang kurang produktif didalam pekerjaannya, terdapat faktor lain yang menjadi pengaruh dalam produktivitas alat berat. Faktor tersebut antara lain faktor kondisi alat, kondisi di lapangan, manajemen, dan kemampuan operator.pada penelitian ini penulis mengidentifikasi beberapa masalahyaituproduktivitas tower crane pada proyek belum jelas dan indikasi produktivitas tower crane belum jelas disebabkan karena ada faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan menganalisis produktivitas tower crane dengan webcyclone serta menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tower crane tersebut dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 20 orang dari PT. Gunung Halimun Elok yang kemudian akan diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan program webyclone,Nilai produktivitas Tower Crane Alternatif 1 pada Unloading steel TC 1 sebesar 0,392/menit,pada Lifting Scafolding TC 1 sebesar 0,375/menit,TC 2 sebesar 0,258/menit,pada Lifting Formwork TC 1 sebesar 0,34/menit,TC 2 sebesar 0,258/menit,pada Lifting Steel TC 1 sebesar 0,279/menit,TC 2 sebesar 0,240/menit. Alternatif 2 pada TC 1 dan TC, pada Lifting Scafolding 0,201/menit, pada Lifting Formwork 0,201/menit, pada Lifting Steel 0,168/menit. Faktor pengaruh produktivitas pada TC yaitu faktor di lapangan.Hal ini disebabkanjumlah material dan lokasi di sekitar proyek dapat menyebabkan TC kurang produktif,ini dapat menyebabkan terhambatannya proses pekerjaan pada TC.
