Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation instrinsicon employee job satisfaction at PT. Moka Teknologi Indonesia. This research was conducted on 133 subjects. Sampling is done by saturated sampling technique. The hypothesis in this study is Job Satisfaction is influenced by Democratic Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment. Data collection is done by dividing 3 questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability which consists of the Democratic Leadership Scale, Organizational Commitment Scale, and Job Satisfaction Scale. This research method is a quantitative study using regression analysis techniques, after testing the two variables, the determination coefficient value or R squared is 0.549 which shows that leadership style and motivation instrinsic influence 70.9% contribution to job satisfation at PT. Moka Teknologi Indonesia. Keywords: Democratic Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Moka Teknologi Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 133 subjek. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja di pengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan komitmen organisasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagi 3 kuesioner yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya yang terdiri dari kuesioner gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi, setelah dilakukan pengujian terhadap kedua variabel maka diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi atau R squared sebesar 0.709 yang menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan komitmen organisasi memberi pengaruh kontribusi sebesar 70.9% terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. MokaTeknologi Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Karyawan
