Abstract

Quality Control adalah suatu kegiatan (manajemen perusahaan) untuk mempertahankan dan arahkan ke kualitas produk (dan) jasa perusahaan dapat dipertahankan seperti yang direncanakan. Quality Control yang digunakan perusahaan untuk meminimalkan produk gagal menggunakan metode statistik Quality Control (SQC) sehingga perusahaan dapat memenuhi kualitas produk yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan dan konsumen puas dalam mengkonsumsi produk. Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan metode statistik Quality Control (SQC) dengan peta kendali p dan diagram sebab dan akibat diterapkan mengetahui penyebab terjadinya kecacatan produk yang paling dominan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penelitian lapangan serta studi literatur dari perpustakaan, sedangkan alat analisis data yang digunakan diagram kontrol dan diagram sebab dan akibat. Hasil analisis diagram kontrol menunjukkan bahwa jumlah produk yang diperiksa sebanyak 4801 unit, rata-rata 0.033 kerusakan produk atau 3,3%. Keterbatasan: pengawasan UCL diantara 0,053 sampai dengan 0,063, LCL berada pada angka 0,003 sampai dengan 0,01. kontrol kualitas pada produk roller printingmasih cenderung baik karena jumlah produk yang gagal masih dalam batas-batas wajar terletak antara UCL dan LCL. Sedangkan hasil dari diagram untuk hasil (tulang ikan), faktor utama penyebab kegagalan produk di PT Zentrum Graphics Asia adalah faktor manusia. Hal ini disebabkan karena keterampilan dan kemampuan orerator yang kurang. Jadi diperlukan pelatihan untuk meminimalkan produk gagal yang terjadi disebabkan oleh faktor manusia. Abstract Quality Control is an activity (company management) to maintain and direct the quality of the product (and) the company's services can be maintained as planned. Quality Control used by companies to minimize failed products using the Quality Control statistical method (SQC) so that companies can meet the quality of products that have been set by the company and consumers are satisfied in consuming the product. The aim to be achieved in this study is to determine the Quality Control (SQC) statistical method with a control chart p and the cause and effect diagram applied to find out the most dominant cause of product defects. Data collection is done by field research and literature studies from the library, while the data analysis tools used control diagrams and cause and effect diagrams. The results of the control diagram analysis showed that the number of products examined was 4801 units, an average of 0.033 product damage or 3.3%. Limitations: supervision of the UCL between 0.053 and 0.063, LCL is at the numbers 0.003 to 0.01. quality control on roller printing products still tends to be good because the number of failed products is still within reasonable limits located between UCL and LCL. While the results of the diagram for results (fish bones), the main factors causing product failure at PT Zentrum Graphics Asia are human factors. This is because orerator skills and abilities are lacking. So training is needed to minimize failed products that occur due to human factors.
