Abstract
Through the implementation of a government program, the National Health Insurance (JKN), encourages even greater investment for health service providers. One of them is the pharmaceutical company PT. MAP which supports the JKN program. However, there are problems faced, namely frequent complaints from customers about delayed delivery and the amount received in the form of finished liquid preparations for pharmaceutical products that are still lacking with the number of orders, this is due to not achieving the production target due to the long production time and the large amount of waste happened on the production floor. Therefore it is necessary to do about causing the accumulation of semi-finished products from work stations by eliminating waste. The purpose of this study is to discuss, and analyze the types of waste, and provide improvements to the production process of liquid drugs that are provided based on Lean Manufacturing. The method used is Value Stream Mapping. From the results of improvements with regard to cGMP settings, there is a significant decrease from NVA, namely 8,041.05 seconds, and access operators from filling fluid and secondary packaging, around 6 operators to 3 operators. Key words: Lean Manufactuing, Value Stream Mapping, cGMP Melalui penerapan program pemerintah yakni Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), mendorong peningkatan investasi lebih besar lagi bagi penyedia layanan kesehatan. Salah satunya perusahaan farmasi PT. MAP yang mendukung program JKN tersebut. Akan tetapi terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni sering terjadinya keluhan dari pelanggan mengenai keterlamabatan pengiriman dan jumlah yang diterima berupa produk obat jadi sediaan liquid yang masih kurang dengan jumlah pesanan, hal tersebut dikarenakan tidak tercapainya target hasil produksi yang disebabkan waktu produksi yang panjang serta banyaknya pemborosan yang terjadi di lantai produksi. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan identifikasi penyebab terjadinya penumpukan produk setengah jadi diantara stasiun kerja dengan mengeliminasi pemborosan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi, dan menganalisa jenis pemborosan, serta memberikan usulan perbaikan pada proses produksi obat sediaan liquid berdasarkan pendekatan Lean Manufactuing. Metode yang digunakan yakni Value Stream Mapping. Dari hasil perbaikan tersebut dengan memperhatikan regulasi cGMP, terdapat penurunan yang signifikan dari NVA yakni 8,041.05 detik, dan pengurangan operator dari filling liquid dan kemas sekunder, sekitar 6 operator menjadi 3 operator.
