Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Abadi Sejahtera Sejahtera, Gandaria City Branch. This research was conducted on 45 employees. Using causality research with a quantitative approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the compensation and work motivation variables have no effect and are not significant for turnover intention, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention variable. This can be proven from the results of the hypothesis test t, compensation variables, work motivation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant significant simultaneous effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Kuliner Abadi Sejahtera Cabang Gandaria City. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 45 karyawan. Menggunakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan motivasi kerjatidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis t, variabel kompensasi, motivasi kerjadan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap turnover intention.
