Abstract
This research entitled "The Effect of Teacher Certification and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance of SMKN 45 West Jakarta" .The object of this research is Teacher of SMKN45 West Jakarta. State vocational high school (SMKN) is a formal education that has a special training pattern to direct students to become graduates who are ready to plunge professionally and move in the business world or company. The population in this study were 43 respondents by using sample saturation technique. Method of data analysis of this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) variant. The results of this study indicate that teacher certification has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance of SMKN45 Jakarata west, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance of SMKN45 Jakarta Barat Keywords: Teacher Certification Work Discipline Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Sertifikasi Guru dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMKN 45 Jakarta Barat”.Objek penelitian ini adalah Guru SMKN45 Jakarta Barat. Sekolah menengah kejuruan negri (SMKN) adalah pendidikan formal yang memiliki pola pelatihan khusus untuk mengarahkan peserta didik agar menjadi lulusan yang siap terjun secara profesional dan ikut bergerak di dunia usaha atau perusahaan Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah Struktural Equation Model (SEM) yang berbasis varian Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMKN45 Jakarata barat, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMKN45 Jakarta barat Kata kunci: Sertifikasi Guru Disiplin Kerja
