Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of autocratic leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Sumbermix Unit Rock Source. The object of this research is all employees of PT. Sumber Batu Sumbermix Unit as many as 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is in the form of multiple liner regression by testing the statistical hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that Autocratic Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Motivation also has a significant positive effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Authoritarian Leadership Style, Motivation,Work Discipline, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otokratis, motivasidan disiplinkerja terhadap kinerjakaryawan PT. Sumber Batu Unit Sumbermix. Objek penelitian ini adalah Seluruh karyawan PT. Sumber Batu Unit Sumbermixsebanyak50responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk regresi liner bergandadengan pengujian hipotesis statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Otokratisberpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerjakaryawan, Motivasijuga berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerjakaryawan dan Disiplinkerja berpengaruhpositifterhadap KinerjaKaryawan. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Otokratis, Motivasi, DisiplinKerja, KinerjaKaryawan.
