Abstract
Massive infrastructure development to increase competitiveness must be supported by the availability of adequate resource chains. To meet the needs of the construction industry, the use of heavy equipment is the driving force in implementing the infrastructure development process. In the use of heavy equipment the maintenance of spare parts from heavy equipment becomes very important, for the smooth operation of heavy equipment. The distribution system in Indonesia has extensive market coverage in terms of distance and time. The long time and distance between cities from heavy equipment spare parts maintenance providers to cities in need of heavy equipment spare parts maintenance services has delayed heavy equipment operations. The placement of facilities for the distribution of heavy equipment maintenance parts is the solution to this problem. The purpose of this study is to determine the location of the distribution facility which minimizes the total cost of distributing heavy equipment maintenance spare parts and obtaining an efficient supply chain from the facility location to the heavy equipment market location. The center of grafity method is used to determine the location of distribution facilities with a minimum total cost. And from the location of the facility to the location of the machine market, using the agglomerative hierarchical clustering methods with proximity techniques to obtain an efficient supply chain. From the results of the study it was found that the location of the facility with the minimum amount of cost and the efficient distribution supply chain from the location of the facility to the location of the heavy equipment market. Keyword: Distribution, Parts, Heavy Equipment, Center of Grafity, Hierarchical Clustering Masifnya pembangunan infrastruktur untuk meningkatkan daya saing, harus didukung dengan ketersedian rantai pasok sumber daya yang mencukupi. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan industri kontruksi, penggunaan alat berat menjadi penggerak dalam melakukan proses pembangunan infrastruktur. Dalam penggunaan alat berat pemeliharaan suku cadang dari alat berat menjadi sangat penting, untuk kelancaran proses kegiatan pengoperasian alat berat. Sistem pendistribusian di Indonesia memiliki cakupan pasar yang luas dari segi jarak dan waktu. Waktu dan jarak tempuh yang lama antara kota dari penyedia jasa pemeliharaan suku cadang alat berat ke kota yang memerlukan jasa pemeliharaan suku cadang alat berat membuat tertundanya proses pengoperasian dari alat berat. Penempatan lokasi fasilitas untuk pendistribusian suku cadang pemeliharaan alat berat menjadi solusi dari masalah ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan lokasi fasilitas distribusi yang meminimumkan total biaya untuk pendistribusian suku cadang pemeliharaan alat berat dan mendapatkan rantai pasok yang efisien dari lokasi fasilitas ke lokasi pasar dari alat berat. Metode center of grafity digunakan untuk menentukan lokasi fasilitas distribusi dengan total biaya minimum. Dan dari lokasi fasilitas ke lokasi pasar alat berat, menggunakan metode agglomerative hierarchical clustering dengan teknik jarak terdekat untuk mendapatkan rantai pasok yang efisien. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan lokasi fasilitas dengan total biaya minimum dan rantai pasok pendistribusian yang efisien dari lokasi fasilitas ke lokasi pasar alat berat.
