Abstract

The development of technology today is very helpful in every human activity, which was originally manual nowadays almost human activities are carried out with a system, which is to accelerate and simplify these activities, in all aspects, especially in the business sector, of course, there is a system that can help in business process. In the case study CV. Gading Teknik Mandiri is a business in the field of manufacturing equipment for a company, where the business process is to offer services for making molds for the production process of materials such as tin molds, shoe-shoe molds in a company. Currently the cash recording process uses Microsoft Excel, there are several obstacles in the recording process, some of which are the ineffective input of transactions because all transactions are inputted into one file, and the making of cash flow reports still has to recapitulate one by one which takes quite a long time. . Judging from the problems that exist in CV. Gading Teknik Mandiri requires a special system for recording cash and in making financial reports that can be done automatically. For making the system, the Research Methodology is carried out directly on case studies, system design using UML (Unifield Modeling Language) and in its manufacture using PHP, MySql. With the system to be created, the accounting calculation process at CV. Gading Teknik Mandiri will be more effective and efficient. Keywords: Cash flow, financial reports, PHP Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat membantu dalam setiap kegiatan manusia, yang awalnya manual saat ini hampir kegiatan manusia dilakukan dengan sistem, yang mana tujuan nya untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah kegiatan tersebut, dalam segala aspek khususnya di bidang bisnis sudah tentu perlu adanya sistem yang dapa membantu dalam proses bisnisnya. Pada studi kasus CV. Gading Teknik Mandiri merupakan usaha dibidang alat-alat manufaktur untuk suatu perusahaan, yang mana proses bisnis nya adalah menawarkan jasa untuk pembuatan cetakan untuk proses produksi bahan seperti cetakan kaleng, cetakan alas sepatu pada suatu perusahaan. Saat ini proses pencatatan kasnya menggunakan Microsoft excel, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam proses pencatatannya beberapa diantaranya adalah kurang efektifnya penginputan transaksi karna semua transaksi diinput menjadi satu dalam satu file tersebut, serta pembuatan laporan arus kas masih harus merakapitulasi satu per satu yang membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Dilihat dari masalah yang ada pada CV. Gading Teknik Mandiri maka diperlukannya sistem khusus pencatatan kas serta dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan dapat dilakukan secara otomatis. Untuk pembuatan sistem tersebut maka dilakukan Metodologi Penelitian secara langsung pada studi kasus, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML( Unifield Modeling Language) serta dalam pembuatannya menggunakan PHP, MySql. Dengan adanya sistem yang akan dibuat maka proses perhitungan Akuntansi pada CV. Gading Teknik Mandiri akan lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: Arus kas, laporan keuangan, PHP
