Abstract
Asphalt concrete mixture is one type of pavement layer that most used in Indonesia, one of the influences in planning concrete asphalt mixture is the number of blow variations in the compaction process and Filler for asphalt. This research was conducted to examine the characteristics of concrete asphalt mixture with variations in the number of blow 35 x 2, 50 x 2, 75 x 2 During the compaction process, with the red brick waste filler as a substitute material for Portland cement and then tested using the Marshall Test method to get asphalt mixture characteristics, values of VIM (Void in Mix), VMA (Void in Material Aggregate), Flow, Stability, and Marshall Quotient. Based on the results obtained by values of stability, flow, and Marshall Quotient increases with the number of blows, while the VIM and VMA values decrease with decreasing variation in the number of blows. The most optimum value of stability is the variation in the number of blows is 75 x 2. The IKS value (Index of Retained Strength) obtained in portland cement fillers and ceramic powder is every collision 35 x 2, 50 x 2, and 75 x2 above the minimum value of 75%. Campuran aspal beton merupakan salah satu jenis lapis perkerasan yang banyak digunakan di indonesia, salah satu pengaruh dalam perencanaan campuran aspal beton yaitu jumlah variasi tumbukan dalam proses pemadatan dan Filler sebagai bahan pengisi aspal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji karaktersitik campuran aspal beton dengan variasi jumlah tumbukan yaitu 35 x 2, 50 x 2, 75 x 2. Pada saat proses pemadatannya, dengan filler serbuk keramik sebagai bahan pengisi pengganti semen portland kemudian dilakukan pengujian dengan metode Marshall Test untuk mendapatkan karaktersitik campuran aspal yaitu nilai VIM (Void in Mix), VMA (Void in Material Agregate), Kelelehan (Flow) , dan Stabilitas,MQ (Marshall Quotient). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh nilai stabilitas, kelelehan, dan marshall quotient semakin bertambah seiring banyaknya jumlah tumbukan, sedangkan nilai VIM dan VMA semakin menurun seiring berkurangnya variasi jumlah tumbukan. Nilai stabilitas yang paling optimum yaitu pada variasi jumlah tumbukan 75 x 2. Nilai IKS (Indeks Kekuatan Sisa) yang diperoleh pada filler semen portland dan serbuk keramik disetiap tumbukan 35 x 2, 50 x 2, dan 75 x2 diatas nilai minimum yaitu 75%.
