Abstract

This research is to find out the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and total asset turnover to company value (PBV) in transportation sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The selection of samples used in this research used a purposive sampling method and obtained 13 companies as samples. Research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A more appropriate method is random effect model. Partially it shows that the current ratio variable, debt to and total asset turnover variable has a not significant effect and return on assets that have a positive and significant impact on firm value (PBV). Keyword: company value, price to book value, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and total asset turnover. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets dan total asset turnover terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan 13 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian merupakan data panel yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah random effect model. Secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan total asset turnover tidak signifikan sedangkan variabel return on assets yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Kata Kunci: nilai perusahaan, price to book value, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets dan total asset turnover.
