Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance on the stock prices of property and real estate sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. The research sample used was 9 companies listed on the IDX. The research method used in this study uses panel data regression analysis method. The research model uses the Fixed Effect model. The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous variable Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) affect the stock prices of property and real estate sub sector companies. But partially only the Return On Assets (ROA) variable has a significant positive effect on the stock prices of property and real estate subsectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Keywords: Stock Prices, Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2014-2018. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah 9 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel. Model penelitian menggunakan model Fixed Effect. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate. Tetapi secara parsial hanya variabel Return On Assets (ROA) yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2014-2018. Kata kunci: Harga Saham, Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share.
