Abstract

This research is conducted to analyze the influences of competence, compensation, and motivation on the teachers’ performance at SMK Budi Mulia Ciledug. This research used quantitative approach through a survey method by giving questionnaire. The population of this study is all SMK Budi Mulia teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling of 57 teachers as respondents. A multiple linear regression method was used in this research. The results show that only compensation and motivation have significant and positive influenced on teachers’ performance. The most influential variable on teachers’ performance is compensation, followed by motivation.This research is supposed to help the management of SMK Budi Mulia improved the teachers’ performance by fixing the teachers’ compensation and motivation. Key words: Competence, Compensation , Motivation, Teachers’ Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengungkap pengaruh Kompetensi, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi dan Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Budi Mulia Ciledug. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Budi Mulia . Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan sampling jenuh dengan 57 guru sebagai responden dan analisa data regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah terbukti adanya pengaruh Kompetensi, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja guru di SMK Budi Mulia . Kinerja guru juga dipengaruhi juga oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari 3(tiga) variabel bebas tersebut yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru adalah Motivasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna untuk membantu manajemen Organisasi SMK Budi Mulia, melalui strategi peningkatan pelatihan, motivasi guru dan kompensasi secara berkesinambungan agar dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di sekolah.
