Abstract
In the production process there are many activities of workers that can cause complaints on their body parts. Especially in tire companies, there is one part of the process that has great potential in the occurrence of complaints on their body parts. Complaints that occur must be given a solution in order to reduce complaints to operators while carrying out work activities. This part of the process is in the booking area of the extruder tread machine process. This process produces tread material. Tread is a material that is located on the outermost part of the tire that is in direct contact with the road. The method used in this study, namely the Nordic Body Map questionnaire method, and the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. The booking process in the tread area uses the pantruck facility. The results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire for pantruck facilities, there were complaints of left shoulder pain, waist pain, and pain in the left upper arm (63% - 69%). And the results of the REBA method for booking the pantruck facility, that is, all of the booking activity postures are in a very high risk category (REBA score 12-13) and need to be improved now. The improvements made in this booking process are to improve the working system. And there is a change of facilities from pantruck to cartridge facility. the results of the analysis of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire for cartridge facilities, namely the left shoulder, waist and left upper arm into the category of rather sick (28% - 47%). And for the results of the REBA analysis, the activity of his work posture falls into the medium and high risk category (REBA scores 5 and 10). Work system improvements that have been carried out have been able to reduce the dominant complaints that occur to operators in previous activities. Additional improvements that can be made are the installation of an iron plate to patch the floor with holes, to facilitate the shifting of the contents Keywords : NBM, REBA, Job Risk, pantruck facility, Catridge facility Didalam proses produksi terdapat banyak aktivitas pekerja yang dapat menimbulkan keluhan pada bagian tubuh mereka. Terutama didalam perusahaan ban, terdapat salah satu bagian proses yang memiliki potensi besar didalam terjadinya keluhan pada bagian tubuh mereka. Keluhan yang terjadi tersebut harus diberikan solusi agar terjadi pengurangan keluhan pada operator disaat melakukan aktivitas kerja. Bagian proses tersebut berada di area booking proses mesin tread extruder. Proses tersebut menghasilkan material tread. Tread merupakan material yang terletak dibagian terluar ban yang bersentuhan langsung dengan jalan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu Metode kuesioner Nordic Body Map, dan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Proses booking di area tread menggunakan sarana pantruck. Hasil dari kuesioner Nordic Body Map untuk sarana pantruck, terdapat keluhan sakit pada bahu kiri, sakit pada pinggang, dan sakit pada lengan atas kiri (63% - 69%). Dan hasil dari metode REBA untuk aktivitas booking sarana pantruck ini, yaitu semua postur aktivitas bookingnya masuk kedalam kategori resiko sangat tinggi (skor REBA 12-13) dan perlu dilakukan perbaikan sekarang juga. Perbaikan yang dilakukan dalam proses booking ini adalah memperbaiki sistem kerjanya. Dan terjadi pergantian sarana dari pantruck menjadi sarana catridge. hasil analisa kuesioner Nordic Body Map untuk sarana catridge, yaitu bahu kiri, pinggang dan lengan atas kiri masuk kedalam kategori agak sakit (28% - 47%). Dan untuk hasil analisa REBA nya yaitu aktivitas postur kerjanya masuk kedalam kategori resiko sedang dan tinggi (skor REBA 5 dan 10). Perbaikan sistem kerja yang dilakukan sudah dapat menurunkan keluhan yang dominan terjadi pada operator di aktivitas sebelumnya. Tambahan perbaikan yang bisa dilakukan yaitu pemasangan plat besi untuk menambal lantai yang berlubang, agar mempermudah aktivitas penggeseran sarana isi.
