Abstract

UD. Sumber Lancar is a small company as a place to recycle shoes, sandals, hoses and other waste outsole. In the production process there is a carrier part of the results of wet mills whose working position is bent and also imposes a heavy load on the operator, this work position is included in the awkward posture, namely the attitude or position of body parts that are deviated from neutral or normal positions. So that the work posture analysis is needed to determine the level of musculoskeletal risk in the operator's work posture, the body part that has the highest musculoskeletal complaints, and recommendations for improvement. This study uses the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. The results of this study found that the sack opening mouth had no risk, tying the sack and pouring the contents of the sack were at a moderate risk level, and the posture lifting the sack was at a high risk level, carrying the sack was at a very high risk level. Improvements to reduce the risk and reduce musculoskekeletal complaints on carriers carrying wet mills are by adding a tool in the form of an electric pulley that can reduce the high risk level in posture lifting the sack to be without risk and a very high level of risk in posture holding the sack to no risk . Keywords: REBA, Musculoskeletal, Ergonomics UD. Sumber Lancar adalah perusahaan kecil sebagai tempat daur ulang limbah outsole sepatu, sandal, selang dan lainnya. Pada proses produksinya terdapat operator bagian pengangkut hasil gilingan basah yang posisi bekerjanya membungkuk dan juga terjadi pembebanan yang berat pada operator, posisi kerja ini termasuk kedalam postur janggal, yaitu sikap atau posisi bagian tubuh yang menyimpangan dari posisi netral atau normal. Sehingga diperlukan analisis postur kerja untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko musculoskeletal pada postur kerja operator, bagian tubuh yang memiliki keluhan musculoskeletal tertinggi, dan rekomendasi perbaikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment). Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan pada postur membuka mulut karung tidak memiliki risiko, mengikat karung dan menuang isi karung berada dalam tingkat risiko sedang, dan pada postur mengangkat karung berada dalam tingkat risiko tinggi, memanggul karung berada dalam tingkat risiko sangat tinggi. perbaikan untuk menurunkan risiko dan mengurangi keluhan musculoskekeletal pada operator pengangkut hasil gilingan basah adalah dengan menambahkan suatu alat bantu berupa katrol listrik yang dapat menurunkan tingkat risiko tinggi pada postur mengangkat karung menjadi tidak ada risiko dan tingkat risiko sangat tinggi pada postur memnaggul karung menjadi tidak ada risiko.
