Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of the Managerial Ownership and Leverage on Accounting Conservatism and Financial Distress as a moderation. The population in this study is the Mine companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 Period. The sample in this study were 45 out of 9 companies that met the criteria. The sampling technique in this study uses the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that Managerial Ownership and Managerial Ownership which is moderated by Financial Distress has a possitive effect on Accounting Conservatism. While the Leverage and Leverage which is moderated by Financial Distress has a negative effect on Accounting Conservatism. Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Leverage, Accounting Conservatism and Financial Distress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Leverage Terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi dengan Financial Distress sebagai Variabel Pemoderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini perusahaan Pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 dari 5 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Tektik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Struktur Kepemilikan Manajerial dan variabel Struktur Kepemilikan Manajerial yang dimoderasi dengan Financial Distress berpengaruh positif terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi. Sedangkan variabel Leverage dan variabel Leverage yang dimoderasi dengan Financial Distress memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi. Kata kunci : Struktur Kepemilikan Manajerial, Leverage, Konservatisme Akuntansi dan Financial Distress.
