Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of growth opportunity, profitability, and leverage on firm value in Consumer Goods Industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The research method used is a casual research. Sampling using purposive sampling method. Based onthis method, 11 companies that met the criteria were obtained and at total of 55 companies during the observation period of five years. Data analyzed technique using classic assumption test: normality test, multicollonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autucorrelation test. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis which shows that the growth opportunity is not significant on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, and leverage iis not significant on firm value. Keywords : Growth Opportunity, Profitability, Leverage, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013 -2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling purposive. Berdasarkan metode tersebut, diperoleh 11 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dan total 55 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan yaitu lima tahun. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik : uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
