Abstract
The target of this training activity is students of Vocational Media Informatics majoring in Broadcasting. In the 10th grade of Broadcasting School the servants provided training to students in the form of material and practice. Citizen Journalism can be interpreted as journalists of ordinary citizens who are not trained as professional journalists. To measure the understanding of service participants using a questionnaire for various observation activities. Servants measure the effectiveness of teaching to be carried out using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the Public Care Lecture that the devotees did, a number of conclusions were obtained, from the difference in the percentage level of understanding of the students of Vocational Media Informatics. Data obtained before dedication to the level of student understanding of what Citizen Journalism is and its role in society 49% of 29 students, after service increased to 72.4% from 29 students, there was an increase of 23.4% from 29 students. There is a percentage of understanding of Vocational Media Informatics students on What Is Reportage and the Implementation Process? Obtained a 56.5% level of student understanding before the training was conducted, and was obtained at 68.2% after the training. There was an increase of 11.7%. There is a percentage of students understanding Vocational Media Informatics on How to Report Interview Techniques from 29 students. Obtained a 60% level of understanding of students before the training was conducted, and was obtained at 68.2% after the training. There is an increase of 8.2%. There is a percentage of understanding of Vocational Media Informatics students on How to Stand Up When Reporting Techniques. Understanding of students was obtained before the training was conducted 50.3% and was obtained at 70.3% after the training. There was an increase of 20.1% in data from 29 of these students Sasaran kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah siswa/i SMK Media Informatika jurusan Broadcasting. Di kelas 10 Broadcasting sekolah tersebut pengabdi memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa/I dalam bentuk materi dan praktek. Citizen Journalism dapat diartikan sebagai jurnalis warga biasa yang tidak terlatih sebagai wartawan professional. Untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta pengabdian menggunakan kuesioner untuk berbagai kegiatan observasi. Pengabdi mengukur efektifitas pengajaran yang akan dilakukan menggunakan skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil Kuliah Peduli Negeri yang pengabdi lakukan, maka diperoleh berberapa kesimpulan, dari selisih persentase tingkat pemahaman siswa SMK Media Informatika. Diperoleh data sebelum pengabdian tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap apa itu Citizen Journalism dan perannya di masyarakat 49% dari 29 siswa, setelah pengabdian meningkat menjadi 72,4% dari 29 siswa, ada peningkatan sebesar 23,4% dari 29 siswa. Terdapat persentase pemahaman siswa SMK Media Informatika terhadap Apa Itu Reportase Dan Proses Pelaksanaannya? Diperoleh sebesar 56,5% tingkat pemahaman siswa sebelum dilaksanakannya pelatihan, dan Diperoleh sebesar 68,2% setelah dilakukannya pelatihan. Ada peningkatan sebesar 11,7%. Terdapat persentase pemahaman siswa SMK Media Informatika terhadap Bagaimana Teknik Wawancara Saat Reportase dari sebanyak 29 siswa/i. Diperoleh sebesar 60% tingkat pemahaman siswa sebelum dilaksanakannya pelatihan, dan Diperoleh sebesar 68,2% setelah dilakukannya pelatihan. Ada peningkatan sebesar 8,2%. Terdapat persentase pemahaman siswa SMK Media Informatika terhadap Bagaimana Teknik Stand Up Saat Reportase. Diperoleh pemahaman siswa sebelum dilaksanakannya pelatihan 50,3% dan Diperoleh sebesar 70,3% setelah dilakukannya pelatihan. Ada peningkatan sebesar 20,1% pada data dari 29 siswa/i tersebut.
