Abstract

This research is aims to know the influence of capital structure, intellectual capital, and growth opportunity to the firm value. The dependent variable in this research is the firm value measured by price to book value (PBV). The independent variabel in this research consisted of: capital structure as measured by the debt to equity ratio (DER), intellectual capital as measured by VAICTM, and growth opportunity as measured by assets growth. The population used in this research is a consumer goods manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Sampling in this research used a purposive sampling with predetermined criteria, and obtained a sample of 15 companies. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regresion. The result of this research shows that the variabel capital structure and intellectual capital have a significant positif effect on firm value, while the growth opportunity variable does not effect on firm value. Keywords: capital structure, intellectual capital, growth opportunity, firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, modal intelektual, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan price to book value (PBV). Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari: struktur modal yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio (DER), modal intelektual yang diukur dengan VAICTM, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan yang diukur dengan pertumbuhan aset. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014-2017. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel struktur modal dan modal intelektual berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
