Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Internal Conflict, role conflict, and workload on work stress at PT Provis Garuda Services. Technique of collecting data in form of questionnaire by using ordinal scale. This research was conducted on 74 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. For that, the method of data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously, Internal Conflict variabels, role conflict, and workload on work stress at PT Provis Garuda Services. Therefore the test result of this research states that there is simultaneous influence between Internal Conflict, role conflict, and workload towards work stress at PT Provis Garuda Services. Keywords: Internal Conflict, role conflict, Workload, Work stress Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Internal, Konflik Peran Ganda, dan Beban Kerja terhadap Stres pada PT Provis Garuda Services. Teknik pengumpulan data berbentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 74 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Untuk itu, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Konflik Internal, Konflik Peran Ganda dan Beban Kerja Berpengaruh Terhadap Stress pada PT Provis Garuda Servies. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variabel Konflik Internal, Konflik Peran Ganda, Beban Kerja Terhadap Stres Kerja Karyawan pada PT Provis Garuda Services.
