Abstract

The Saketi 20KV substation is a center regulator of electric power and also the center of the normalization process for disturbances in the Saketi region. One of the disturbances that occur in Saketi GI is the Sympathetic Trip where a healthy area get problems by fault on another area. Minimizing the disruption to the protection system against the sympathetic trip that occurs in the Saketi 20 KV Substation, the author calculate and analyze setting coordination of relay OCR and GFR on Feeder 20Kv and Recloser. The conclusion of this analysis is to obtain the value of relay settings. The settings for overcurrent values in the 20 kV incoming feeder, 20 kV outgoing feeder, recloser substation is 1905.25 A (primary) / 5A (secondary), 163 A (primary) / 3 A (secondary), and 82.5 A (primary) / 1,375 A (secondary). The value of the soil disturbance relay in the 20 kV incoming feeder, 20 kV outgoing feeder, and recloser substation is 14.13 A (primary) / 0.04 A (secondary), 18.84 A (primary) / 0.31 A (secondary), and 23.55 A (primary) / 0.39 A (secondary). Kata kunci: Protection System, Sympathetic Trip, Power Trafo. Setting of Relay Coordination. Gardu induk 20KV Saketi merupakan pusat pengatur kebutuhan beban tenaga listrik dan juga sebagai pusat proses penormalan terhadap gangguangangguan yang ada di wilayah Saketi. Salah satu gangguan yang terjadi pada GI Saketi adalah gangguan Sympathetic Trip dimana terjadi gangguan area yang sehat akibat gangguan di area lain. Untuk meminimalisir gangguan pada sistem proteksi terhadap sympathetic trip yang terjadi di Gardu Induk 20 KV Saketi, maka penulis menghitung ulang dan menganalisa setting koordinasi antar relai OCR dan GFR pada penyulangan 20kv dan recloser. Kesimpulan dari skripsi ini adalah diperoleh nilai setting pada relai. untuk nilai arus lebih pada incoming feeder 20 kV, outgoing feeder 20 kV, gardu hubung/recloser adalah 1905,25 A (primer) / 5A (sekunder), 163 A (primer) / 3 A (sekunder), dan 82,5 A (primer) / 1,375 A (sekunder). Nilai pada relai gangguan tanah pada incoming feeder 20 kV, outgoing feeder 20 kV, dan gardu hubung/recloser adalah 14,13 A (primer) / 0,04 A (sekunder), 18,84 A (primer) / 0,31 A (sekunder), dan 23,55 A (primer) / 0,39 A (sekunder).
