Abstract
Aplikanusa Lintasarta Company is one the internet service provider company that provides internet services and data center services. To handle the customers, the company provides the technicians that are able to handle the interference, however, in the process of searching the technicians, the company still uses conventional methods by telephone to verify the technicians' availability. In this study a support system was created to determine the closest technician by the customer's location,in order to shorten technician's searching process by using the Location Based Service Algorithm (LBS) which is part of the Global Positioning System (GPS) based communication technology and using the Priority Scheduling Algorithm to determine customers' priority which one must be prioritized first in handling thecustomers' interfere in customers since the services is provided by the company will vary according to the costs incurred each month by the customer. The result of this study is the application that can be implemented on mobile devices (Android based) in searching process of the nearest technician by the location of customers who experience disruptions according to customer priorities. Aplikanusa Lintasarta adalah salah satu perusahaan internet service provider yang menyediakan layanan jasa layanan internet dan data center. Untuk melayani pelanggan perusahaan menyeiakan teknisi untuk menangani gangguan, namun pencarian teknisi masih menggunakan metode konvensional melalui telepon untuk mengetauhi kesiapan teknisi. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sistem pendukung untuk menentukan teknisi terdekat dari lokasi pelanggan, agar mempersingkat proses pencarian teknisi dengan menggunakan Metode Algoritma Location Based Service (LBS) yang merupakan bagian dari teknologi komunikasi berbasiskan Global Positioning System (GPS) dan menggunakan metode Algoritma Priority Scheduling untuk menentukan pelanggan prioritas yang wajib di dahulukan dalam penanganan gangguan dipelanggan karena layanan yang disediakan oleh perusahaan akan berbeda-beda sesuai dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan setiap bulan oleh pelanggan. Hasil penelitian merupakan aplikasi yang dapat diimplementasikan pada perangkat mobile (Android) untuk pencarian teknisi terdekat dari lokasi pelanggan yang mengalami gangguan sesuai prioritas pelanggan.
