Abstract
PT. Duta Fuji Electric is a company engaged in the distributor of heavy equipment of electric power. This study aims to determine the amount of stock inventory, Safety Stock and Reorder Point PT. Duta Fuji Electric use the EOQ method, as well as the total inventory cost using the company method compared to using the EOQ method. The data used in this study is secondary data. The analytical method used in this study is the optimal purchasing frequency EOQ method, safety inventory, and repurchase. From the calculation results it is known that EOQ for 2016 is 2 units, 2017 is 2 units and 2018 is 2 units. The frequency of purchases is known 106 times for 2016, 120 times for 2017, and 96 times for 2018. Safety Stock for 2016 is 17 units, 2017 is 9 units and 2018 is 9 units. ROP for 2016 is 107 units, 2017 is 99 units and 2018 is 99 units. Keywords : Inventory, Control, Purchase, Stock, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) PT. Duta Fuji Electric merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor alat – alat berat tenaga listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui jumlah persediaan stock barang, Safety Stock dan Reorder Point bila PT. Duta Fuji Electric menggunakan metode EOQ, serta total biaya persediaan barang menggunakan metode perusahaan dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode EOQ. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode EOQ frekuensi pembelian optimal, persediaan pengaman, dan pembelian kembali. Dari hasil perhitungan diketahui bahwa EOQ untuk tahun 2016 sebesar 2 unit, tahun 2017 sebesar 2 unit dan tahun 2018 sebesar 2 unit. Frekuensi pembelian diketahui 106 kali untuk tahun 2016, 120 kali untuk tahun 2017, dan 96 kali untuk tahun 2018. Safety Stock untuk tahun 2016 17 unit, tahun 2017 sebesar 9 unit dan tahun 2018 sebesar 9 unit. ROP untuk tahun 2016 sebesar 107 unit, tahun 2017 sebesar 99 unit dan tahun 2018 sebesar 99 unit.
