Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Firm Value. The data of this study are various industiral sector manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017 periods. The sample collection technique is carried out by using purposive sampling method, so that the final sample that is obtained is 15 companys incorporated in various industiral sector manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017 periods. The data analysis technique has been carried out by using multiple linear regressions analysis and hypothesis test has been done by using SPSS 20 version. The result of research shows that 1) Return On Equity has a effect on Firm Value, - 2) Current Ratio has not effect on the firm value, - 3) Debt to Equity Ratio has not effect on firm value. Key Words : Firm Value, Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Data penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014 - 2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga sampel akhir yang didapatkan adalah 15 perusahaan yang tergabung dalam sektor aneka industri di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Return On Equity berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan,- 2) Current Ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan,- 3) Debt to Equity Ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio
