Abstract
Bouganvilea Loka housing located in the area of Jl. Boulevard Graha Raya, Bintaro, Tangerang. This was originally a Residential, and experienced changes in the appearance of buildings, which influenced the changes in building functions. The shift in building functions occurred when business opportunities to develop businesses and influence the appearance of buildings, as well as a reference for finding and researching factors that affect shifts. the functions and changes seen in residential buildings, as well as the impact that occurred both for buildings and areas around this residence, there were many visible changes that occurred in houses bordering the main road. The factor of the change is due to the business opportunity that has an effect on the appearance of the house, and there has been a shift in the appearance of houses that have turned into commercial buildings. Keyword : View, Changes, Function Shifts Perumahan Bouganvilea Loka yang terletak di kawasan Jl. Boulevard Graha Raya, Bintaro, Tangerang. Ini pada awalnya merupakan Hunian, dan mengalami perubahan pada tampak bangunan,yang di pengaruhi perubahan fungsi bangunan, Pergeseran fungsi bangunan ini terjadi ketika peluang bisnis untuk mengembangkan usaha dan berpengaruh terhadap tampak bangunan, serta menjadi acuan untuk mencari dan meneliti factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pergeseran fungsi dan perubahan tampak pada bangunan rumah tinggal, serta dampak yang terjadi baik untuk bangunan maupun area sekitar rumah tinggal ini, terjadi banyak perubahan tampak yang terjadi pada rumah yang berbatasan dengan jalan utama. Factor dari perubahan tersebut karena adanya peluang usaha yang mengakibatkan pengaruh terhadap tampak rumah, serta terjadilah pergeseran tampak bangunan rumah yang beralih menjadi bangunan komersil.
