Abstract

This study aims to examine and assess the effect of liquidity, firm size, and ownership structure on company value at the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this research is consistent company in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) company during the period of 2013-2016 which amounted to 43 companies. Sampling used is purposive sampling. Based on the predetermined criteria, the sample is 8 companies. The type of data used is secondary data taken with indirect observation method by accessing idx.co.id site and official website of each company. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with tools of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 20. The results showed that Liquidity, Company Size, and Management Ownership have a significant negative effect on Corporate Value. Meanwhile, Institutional Ownership has negatively insignificant effect on Corporate Value. Keywords: Company Value, Liquidity, Company Size, Managerial Ownership, and Institutional Ownership. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji Pengaruh Likuiditas, ukuran Perusahaan, dan Struktur Kepemilikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Periode 2013-2016. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang konsisten pada perusahaan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) selama periode 2013-2016 yang berjumlah 43 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, diperoleh sampel berjumlah 8 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan metode observasi tidak langsung dengan mengakses situs idx.co.id dan situs resmi masing-masing perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan, Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Kepemilikan Institusional.
