Abstract
Selection of candidates is one of the means used to obtain competent personnel. Selection of new employees at PT. Dompet Unikas Indonesia assessment is subjective, not objective, in the calculation of the value and the applicant's form is still using Excel and write the hand so that problems arise, such as the applicant's form is lost, errors in the calculation, and invalid report. Therefore, the author provides solutions in selecting new employee recruitment using Profile Matching method, the concept of this method is to compare the ability of new prospective employees to the ideal value of PT. Dompet Unikas Indonesia assessment. The concept of this method is to compare the ability of individual candidates to the ideal value of PT. Dompet Unikas Indonesia. Assessment criteria based on aspects of administration, psychotest, interview one and two. In the implementation of this method using the programming language PHP, MySQL database and web-based. Testing is done by comparing the decision result of new employee candidate accepted based on SPK with decision of decision making. The result of this research is manager's rating and approval. The purpose of the research is to help build a decision-making model to assist the employment of PT Dompet Unikas Indonesia in the selection of employees. Keywords : Selection , Employee, Profile Matching Seleksi pegawai baru merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan pegawai yang berkompeten. Seleksi pegawai baru pada PT. Dompet Unikas Indonesia penilaiannya bersifat subyektif bukan obyektif, dalam perhitungan nilai dan formulir pelamar masih menggunakan Excel maupun tulis tangan sehingga timbul masalah, seperti formulir pelamar hilang, kesalahan dalam perhitungan, dan laporan tidak valid. Oleh karena itu penulis memberikan solusi dalam penyeleksian penerimaan pegawai baru dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching , Konsep dari metode ini adalah membandingkan kemampuan individu calon pegawai baru terhadap nilai ideal dari PT. Dompet Unikas Indonesia. Kriteria penilaian seleksi pegawai baru berdasarkan aspek administrasi, aspek psikotes, aspek wawancara 1 dan aspek wawancara 2. Dalam implementasi metode ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL dan berbasis web. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil keputusan calon pegawai baru yang diterima berdasarkan SPK dengan keputusan dari pengambilan keputusan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu peringkat dan persetujuan manajer. Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian adalah untuk membantu membangun suatu model pengambilan keputusan untuk membantu bagian kepegawaian di PT Dompet Unikas Indonesia dalam penyeleksian pegawai.
