Abstract

Hotel Resort is defined as a hotel located in the tourist area, where most visitors who stay do not conduct business activities. Generally located quite far from the city center as well as functioned as a resting place. The creation of the term Folk or folklore in an English vocabulary has not been a cultural term in general, so it is possible that a new term folklore can be used by people to express culture in general. The term folk is also biased defined as a creature that depends on nature, humans have long learned to enjoy the beauty and natural wealth. Including through various activities such as camping or bantering amid exotic natural beauty. Often the nuances of syahdu emerge from human activity in the middle of nature. Keywords: Hotel Resort, Culture, folk, Balinese, Uluwatu Hotel Resort didefinisikan sebagai hotel yang terletak dikawasan wisata, dimana sebagian pengunjung yang menginap tidak melakukan kegiatan usaha. Umumnya terletak cukup jauh dari pusat kota sekaligus difungsikan sebagai tempat peristirahatan. Diciptakannya istilah Folk atau folklore dalam kosa kata bahasa Inggris belum ada istilah kebudayaan pada umumnya, sehingga ada kemungkinan istilah baru folklore dapat digunakan orang untuk menyatakan kebudayaan pada umumnya. Istilah folk juga bias di definisikan sebagai makhluk yang bergantung pada alam, manusia sejak lama belajar menikmati keindahan dan kekayaan alam. Termasuk lewat berbagai aktivitas seperti kamping atau bersenda gurau di tengah keindahan alam eksotis. Sering kali muncul nuansa syahdu dari aktivitas manusia di tengah alam Kata Kunci : Hotel Resort, Budaya, folk, Bali, Uluwatu
