Abstract

This study aims to examine and review the effect of financial performance and investment decisions on corporate value with good corporate governance as a moderate variable empirical study on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014-2016. The population in this study is consistent companies in banking companies during the period 2014-2016 which amounted to 43 companies. Sampling used is purposive sampling. Based on predetermined criteria, 22 samples were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data taken with indirect observation method by accessing idx.co.id site and official website of each company. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 21. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance (ROA), investment decisions (PER) have a positive effect on Corporate Value. Meanwhile, the financial performance (LDR) has a negative effect on Corporate Value and institutional ownership as a moderating variable weakens the relationship between financial performance and investment decision on corporate value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji Pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan good corporate governance sebagai variabel moderasi studi empiris pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Periode 2014-2016. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang konsisten pada perusahaan perbankan selama periode 2014-2016 yang berjumlah 43 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, diperoleh sampel berjumlah 22 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan metode observasi tidak langsung dengan mengakses situs idx.co.id dan situs resmi masing-masing perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja keuangan (ROA), keputusan investasi (PER) berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan, Kinerja keuangan (LDR) berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan kepemilikan institusional sebagai variabel moderasi memperlemah hubungan antara kinerja keuangan dan keputusan investasi terhadap Nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Kinerja keuangan, keputusan invetasi,dan Kepemilikan Institusional.
