Abstract
Electric trains generally require machinists to run trains and open train doors. In this final project is realized miniature on the railway bar can open and close automatically and can display the arrival time of the train along with the direction of coming train by using Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Scada. In realizing this miniature electric train, there are 8 sub-systems: Sensor and Program, Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Control Circuit and Driver Motor, HMI (SCADA), Power Supply, Mechanical & Mapping Area. The results achieved in realizing the miniature electric train is to obtain a ladder programming on the PLC that can interact with Scada and get the measurement results on the sub-systems realized so that in the next stage can help perfection in the manufacture of automatic control system on the transportation using electric rail Simulation It is expected that this thesis can facilitate in realizing the real condition that will be shown in reality life of campus society of Mercu Buana Jakarta. Keywords: Electric Train, Miniature, CIMON PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), Ladder, Sensor E18-80NK, SCADA, Adjustable voltage regulator, DC Motor & gearbox, indicator light, RF module, 8 chanel relay card, DC Switching Power Supply Unit Kereta listrik umumnya membutuhkan masinis dalam menjalankan kereta dan membuka pintu kereta. Pada Tugas akhir ini direalisasikan miniatur pada palang kereta api bisa buka-tutup secara otomatis dan bisa menampilkan waktu tunggu kedatangan kereta api beserta arah datang kereta api dengan menggunakan Programmable Logic Control (PLC) dan Scada. Dalam merealisasikan miniatur kereta listrik ini, terdapat 8 sub sistem yaitu Sensor dan Program, Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Rangkaian Kontrol dan Driver Motor, HMI (SCADA), Power Supply, Mekanikal & Mapping Area. Hasil yang dicapai dalam merealisasikan miniatur kereta listrik adalah mendapatkan suatu pemrograman ladder pada PLC yang dapat berinteraksi dengan Scada serta mendapatkan hasil pengukuran pada sub-sub sistem yang direalisasikan sehingga pada tahap selanjutnya dapat membantu kesempurnaan dalam pembuatan sistem kontrol otomatis pada transportasi menggunakan kereta api listrik Simulasi Diharapkan dengan adanya skripsi ini dapat memudahkan dalam merealisasikan ke kondisi nyata yang akan diperlihatkan dalam realita kehidupan masyarakat kampus Mercu Buana Jakarta.
