Abstract

In this case the author analyzes the two-degree vibration free vibration without attenuation as a experimental tool to determine the vibration force phenomenon. The test was carried out using three springs which were different in constant, free vibration was carried out by pulling the beam as far as two cm and then released. In this test vibration measurements were performed with the Ono Sokki Vibration Analyzer, with the Kohtect 107B Magnetic Sensor tool. The research was conducted at the Vibration Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering Study Program at Mecu Buana University. The frequency value of the experimental results is validated with the results of the frequency analysis using Ansys software, from the research conducted the writer can conclude as follows: Spring A with a constant value of 476 N/m, obtained the value of the experimental results = 4 Hz, compared with the frequency value of the analysis using ansys = 4 Hz. Spring B with a constant value of 144 nN / (m), obtained the frequency value of experimental results = 1 Hz, compared to the frequency value of the analysis using ansys = 1.5 Hz. Spring C with a constant value of 238 N/ (m), obtained the frequency value of experimental results = 2 Hz, compared with the frequency value of the analysis using ansys = 2.5 Hz. So the greater the spring constant, the greater the frequency. Keywords: Free Vibration, 2DOF, Vibration Analyzer, Magnetic Sensor, Ansys Dalam pengujan ini penulis melakukan analisa pada alat uji coba getaran dua derajat kebebasan getaran bebas tanpa redaman sebagai alat eksperimen untuk mengetahui fenomena gaya getaran. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga pegas yang berbeda konstantanya, Getaran bebas dilakukan dengan menarik beam sejauh dua cm lalu dilepaskan. Dalam pengujian ini pengukuran vibrasi dilakukan dengan alat Vibration Analyzer Ono Sokki, dengan alat Magnetic Sensor Kohtect 107B. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Vibrasi Prodi Teknik Mesin Universitas Mecu Buana. Nilai frekuensi dari hasil eksperimen divalidasi dengan hasil frekuensi analisa dengan menggunakan software Ansys, dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat menyimpulkan sebagai berikut: Pegas A dengan nilai konstanta 476
