Abstract

In designing an airport building in the area of Alor, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), it must first take into account several important factors, such as Building Arrangements, such as Passenger Terminal, Cargo Terminal and VVIP Terminal in accordance with Local Regulation, TOR, and Classification of Mali Airport, Alor. The classification obtained is Domestic Airport (Article 1 Number 36 UURI No. 1 Year 2009), is a Class III Airport in accordance with the number of passenger capacity, namely 238,800 person / year, and using Linear Pattern as the Airport Distribution Pattern which will contain four Fokker 50 aircraft. Space programming and space organization based on Airport User Activity, TOR Planning and Site Environmental Analysis conducted after obtaining the classification of Mali Airport, Alor. The design concept used is based on a combination of Culture and Energy Saving principle which is the main theme of Final Architectural Design, which can be translated into "Alor, Alir, Flow" which is the translation of "Alor" as a representative of Alor Culture, "Alir" as Energy, Air and Water Flow which is also a representative of the Energy Saving system, and "Groove" which is an effective circulation system at an airport. So get the results of the design of the Block Plan, Site Plan, Floor Plan, Building Looks, Building Pieces, Detail Inside Space, Interior Perspective, Exterior Perspectives, Sequence, and Detail Architecture. Keywords: Airport, Design, Passenger Terminal, Cargo Terminal, VVIP Terminal, Alor Culture, Energy Saving. Dalam merancang sebuah Bangunan Bandar Udara terlebih didaerah Alor, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), terlebih dahulu harus memperhatikan beberapa faktor penting didalamnya, seperti Pengaturan Bangunan baik itu Terminal Penumpang, Terminal Kargo dan Terminal VVIP sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah setempat, TOR, dan Klasifikasi dari Bandar Udara Mali, Alor tersebut. Adapun beberapa klasifikasi yang didapatkan adalah merupakan Bandar Udara Domestik ( Pasal 1 Angka. 36 UURI No. 1 Tahun 2009), merupakan Bandar Udara Kelas III sesuai dengan jumlah kapasitas penumpang yakni, 238.800 orang/tahun, dan menggunakan Pola Linear sebagai Pola Distribusi Bandar Udara yang akan memuat 4 pesawat Fokker 50. Pembuatan program ruang dan organisasi ruang berdasarkan Aktivitas Pengguna Bandar Udara, TOR Perencanaan dan Analisa Tapak Lingkungan dilakukan setelah mendapatkan klasifikasi Bandar Udara Mali, Alor. Konsep Perancangan yang digunakan diambil berdasarkan gabungan antara Kebudayaan dan prinsip Hemat Energi yang merupakan Tema utama dari Perancangan Arsitektur Akhir, yang dapat dijabarkan menjadi “Alor, Alir, Alur” yang merupakan menjabaran dari “Alor” sebagai representatif dari Kebudayaan Alor, “Alir” sebagai Aliran Energi, Udara dan Air yang juga merupakan representatif dari sistem Hemat Energi, dan “Alur” yang merupakan sistem sirkulasi yang efektif di sebuah Bandar Udara. Sehingga didapatkan Hasil Rancangan berupa Block Plan, Site Plan, Denah – denah, Tampak bangunan, Potongan Bangunan, Detail Ruang Dalam, Perspektif Interior, Perspektif Eksterior, Sequence, dan Detail Arsitektur. Kata Kunci : Bandar Udara, Perancangan, Terminal Penumpang, Terminal Kargo, Terminal VVIP, Kebudayaan Alor, Hemat Energi.
