Abstract

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a machine performance measurement used to evaluate the effectiveness of an equipment in a production system. OEE consists of three main ratios, namely Avaliability, Performance Efficiency, and Rate of Quality Product. The OEE method is the best way to identify process performance and look for which parts are the highest or low effectiveness of the machine. PT. Tembaga Mulia Semanan, Tbk is a company that produces copper, its production is inseparable from problems related to machinery or equipment. To get the percentage of OEE value, it is necessary to multiply the results of the Avaliability, Performance Efficiency, and Rate of Quality ratios. The highest OEE value from Heavy Duty machines is found in the 13th week period with a percentage of 85.25%. While the lowest OEE value is in the 9th week period, which is 48.20%. The Six Big Losses factor that most influences the low effectiveness of Heavy Duty engines is the Stoppage Idling Minor with total time losses of 804.9 hours. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan suatu pengukuran kinerja mesin yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sebuah peralatan dalam sebuah sistem produksi. OEE terdiri dari tiga rasio utama yaitu Avaliability, Performance Efficiency, dan Rate of Quality Product. Metode OEE merupakan cara terbaik untuk mengidentifikasi performansi proses dan mencari pada bagian mana titik tertinggi atau rendahnya efektivitas dari mesin. PT. Tembaga Mulia Semanan, Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi tembaga, dalam produksinya tidak terlepas dari masalah yang berkaitan dengan mesin atau peralatan. Untuk mendapatkan persentase nilai OEE dibutuhkan perkalian dari hasil rasio Avaliability, Performance Efficiency, dan Rate of Quality. Nilai OEE dari mesin Heavy Duty yang tertinggi terdapat pada periode minggu ke-13 dengan persentase sebesar 85,25%. Sedangkan nilai OEE terendah berada pada periode minggu ke-9 yaitu sebesar 48,20%. Faktor Six Big Losses yang paling mempengaruhi terhadap rendahnya efektivitas mesin Heavy Duty yaitu Idling Minor Stoppage dengan total time losses sebesar 804,9 jam.
