Abstract
The products that are used, the final part of the production process is the distribution product until finally the goods reach the consumer. The answer sometimes comes from the factory, which is at the time of distribution. PT. Century Tubindo Prima has several distribution problems, because it has a lot of distribution that is very large and spread in several regions. In the distribution of goods, there are often problems such as broken goods, quantities that do not fit the order, causing costs to solve the problem. The good happens because the pattern is not in accordance with the requirements and there is no provision for procurement, arrival and distribution of goods. Therefore, a well-planned and well-planned distribution system is needed to overcome distribution problems at PT. Century Tubindo Prima. The method that can be used is Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, Period Order Quantity (POQ), where compared to 2 Lot Size obtained the most economical, namely Period Order Quantity (POQ) with a one-time quantity distribution from Korean Factory to PT. Century Tubindo Prima is 2348 units out of 2636 requests in the Karawang region for 2017. Valve products will be distributed to 5 agents in the Karawang region. The shipment pattern is 2-fold, with the 4-month Lead Time obtained which occurs in November 2017, and March 2018. Estimated cost for procurement of goods which includes the cost of the message and the cost of product costs Rp.7,331,854 for the procurement of ordered products will be distributed to 5 karawang agent regions in 2018 Key Words: DRP, EOQ, POQ, Lot Size Dalam suatu perusahaan produk, bagian akhir dari suatu proses produksi adalah pendistribusian produk yang hingga akhirnya barang sampai ke tangan konsumen. Tetapi permasalahan sering muncul saat barang sudah keluar dari pabrik yaitu saat pendistribusian. PT. Century Tubindo Prima memiliki beberapa masalah distribusi, karena memiliki agen distribusi yang sangat banyak dan tersebar di beberapa daerah. Dalam Pendistribusian barang, sering terjadi masalah seperti keterlambatan barang, jumlah yang tidak sesuai pesanan, sehingga menimbulkan biaya biaya untuk mengatasi masalah terebut. Masalah masalah tersebut diatas terjadi karena pola pemesanan yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan permintaan serta belum adanya perencanaan pola pengadaan, kedatangan dan pendistribusian barang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem distribusi yang terencana dan terpola dengan baik untuk mengatasi masalah distribusi di PT. Century Tubindo Prima. Metode yang dapat digunakan adalah Distribution Resources Planning (DRP) dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ), dimana dibandingkan dari 2 Lot Size tersebut didapat yang paling ekonomis yaitu Period Order Quantity (POQ) dengan kuantitas satu kali distribusi dari Pabrik Korea ke PT. Century Tubindo Prima adalah 2348 unit dari 2636 permintaan di wilayah Karawang untuk tahun 2017. Produk valve akan di distribusikan ke 5 agen di wilayah Karawang. Pola kedatangan adalah 2 kali setahun, dengan Lead Time 4 bulan didapat bahwa kedatangan barang terjadi di bulan November 2017, dan Maret 2018. Perkiraan untuk biaya pengadaan barang yang terdiri dari biaya pesan dan biaya simpan pun diperkiran sejumlah Rp37.331.854 untuk pengadaan produk pesanan yang akan di distribusikan ke 5 agen wilayah karawang di Tahun 2018.
