Abstract

Motivational work is an urge that grow in oneself, that comes from within and outside for a fight with the spirit power, skills and capabilities of the person.To achieve successful results in quality, an employee must have the motivation and high spirits.Employees is the most important driving force in the framework of the achievement of the objectives of the company.The quality of our employees is reflected in the performance of the company when managed properly, such as how each employee involved in that plan with goals and objectives of the Department and company.With the high performance of employees in a company then the performance of the company as a whole will experience increased and this of course gives the advantage to the company.Hypothesis testing is done with a questionnaire spread as much as 54 employees, processing and testing of data in this study using the processing and analysis of data using computer programs namely tool SPSS.From the results of the study it was concluded that the magnitude of R (R square) the determination of work motivation variables means 0.756 influence on performance of 75.6% and the value of t_hitung = 12.690 then work motivation variables have an influence against a variable performance, this research is a survey research by using descriptive analysis method to determine the characteristics of respondents who used and the method of quantitative analysis to justify the hypothesis. Keywords : Work Motivasion, Employee performance, Fasharkan Jakarta. Motivasi kerja adalah dorongan yang tumbuh dalam diri sendiri, yang berasal dari dalam maupun luar untuk berjuang dengan semangat memanfaatkan kekuatan, keterampilan dan kemampuan yang dimiliki seseorang. Untuk mencapai hasil yang sukses dalam kualitas, seorang pegawai harus memiliki motivasi dan semangat yang tinggi. Pegawai merupakan unsur penggerak yang paling penting dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Kualitas pegawai tercermin dari kinerjanya dalam perusahaan apabila dikelola dengan baik, seperti bagaimana masing-masing pegawai terlibat dalam rencana tersebut dengan tujuan dan sasaran departemen dan perusahaan. Dengan tingginya kinerja karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan maka kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan pun akan mengalami peningkatan dan hal ini tentu saja memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner sebanyak 54 pegawai, pengolahan dan pengujian data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengolahan dan analisa data menggunakan alat bantu program komputer yaitu SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diatas disimpulkan bahwa besarnya R determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,756 artinya variabel motivasi kerja pengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 75,6 % dan nilai = 12,690 maka variabel motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif untuk menentukan karakteristik responden yang digunakan dan metode analisis kuantitatif untuk membenarkan hipotesis.
