Abstract
In the supply chain concept, suppliers are one of the most important parts and influence the survival of a factory. A healthy and efficient company does not mean much if the supplier is unable to produce quality raw materials or is unable to meet the delivery on time. PT. Cipta Kreasindo Gracia is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry. This company deals directly with several suppliers on Foam material. So far, companies often experience problems related to supplier performance such as delays in deliveries and quality discrepancies agreed upon by the company. Important supplier performance appraisal is carried out at PT. Cipta Kreasindo Gracia so that supplier performance can be controlled and improved so as not to disrupt the smooth production of the company. The purpose of this study is to identify and determine the weight of criteria and sub-criteria of supplier performance and obtain supplier performance ratings using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of criteria weighting are quality (0.400), cost (0.2176), delivery (0.218), service (0.101), flexibility (0.0634). The results of subcriteria weighting are the number of Reject Material (0.309), Guarantee (0.091), Material Price (0.172), Giving Discount (0.046), Delivery Timeliness (0.072), Delivery Amount Accuracy (0.146), Ease of Contact (0.022), Repair service (0.072), Quantity Change Request (0.045), Request for Change in Delivery Time (0.019). The results of the assessment of the performance of foam material suppliers are obtained from the highest to the lowest order, namely PT. C (0.388), PT. A (0.346), PT. B (0.266). Keywords: Supply Chain, Supplier Performance , AHP, Foam Dalam konsep supply chain, supplier merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat penting dan berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan hidup suatu pabrik. Sebuah perusahaan yang sehat dan efisien tidak banyak berarti apabila pemasoknya tidak mampu menghasilkan bahan baku yang berkualitas atau tidak mampu memenuhi pengiriman tepat waktu. PT. Cipta Kreasindo Gracia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur. Perusahaan ini berhubungan langsung dengan beberapa supplier pada material Busa. Selama ini perusahaan sering mengalami permasalahan terkait kinerja supplier seperti keterlambatan pengiriman dan ketidaksesuaian kualitas yang telah disepakati oleh perusahaan. Penilaian kinerja supplier penting dilakukan di PT. Cipta Kreasindo Gracia agar kinerja supplier dapat dikontrol dan ditingkatkan sehingga tidak menganggu kelancaran produksi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menentukan bobot kriteria dan subkriteria kinerja supplier serta mendapatkan peringkat kinerja supplier dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil bobot kriteria adalah quality (0.400), cost (0.2176), delivery (0.218), service (0.101), flexibility (0.0634). Hasil bobot subkriteria adalah Jumlah Material Reject (0.309), Memberikan Garansi (0.091), Harga Material (0.172), Memberikan Diskon (0.046), Ketepatan Waktu Pengiriman (0.072), Ketepatan Jumlah Pengiriman (0.146), Kemudahan Untuk Dihubungi (0.022), Pelayanan perbaikan (0.072), Permintaan Perubahan Kuantitas (0.045), Permintaan Perubahan Waktu Pengiriman (0.019). Hasil penilaian kinerja supplier material busa didapatkan dari urutan yang tertinggi hingga terendah yaitu PT. C (0.388), PT. A (0.346), PT. B (0.266).
