Abstract

Health problems in the operator's posture while working have a significant impact on the productivity produced and indirectly influence the efficiency value. Improvement of work methods, modification of the machine or work tools, rearrangement of the engine position and changing the work behavior that is done immediately according to the recommendations of the RULA analysis can help reduce the potential disruption or injury to the operator's posture and can eliminate the potential risk of muscle injury. productivity and work morale of the operator. One of the departments in CV. Usaha Jaya. is the Production department, where there are 6 work stations namely stations, Washing, Processing, Pressing, Milling, Printing, and Packing. In this department there are work activities which, when viewed from the work posture, then one of the factors that can determine the inconvenience of a worker is an awkward work posture (not necessarily done). Opertor (workers) often feel fatigue in the upper body. Ergonomics analysis will be carried out to determine good work posture. In this study, the method used to analyze work attitudes and positions uses the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method. The RULA method is used to estimate the risk of skeletal muscle disorders. The results obtained from this study are the work attitude of operators who do washing, processing, pressing, grinding, printing, and packing. with the actual position after being investigated by using the RULA checksheet to get the final score of 5, which means checking further and change soon (further investigation is needed and immediate changes). The recommendation given is to change the working posture. The operator's attitude and work position are calculated again by using the RULA checksheet and the result is 2 for washing, 2 for the change of two operators, 3 for operato to two operators, 2 for pressing, 2 for grinding, 2 printing, and value 3 packing (acceptable) or acceptable. Keywords: Ergonomics, Work Risk Factors, RULA Gangguan kesehatan pada postur tubuh operator saat bekerja memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap produktifitas yang dihasilkan dan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung pada nilai efisiensi. Perbaikan cara kerja, modifikasi mesin atau alat bantu kerja, penataan ulang posisi mesin dan merubah perilaku kerja yang dilakukan dengan segera sesuai rekomendasi hasil analisa RULA selain dapat membantu mengurangi potensi gangguan atau cedera pada postur tubuh operator dan dapat menghilangkan potensi resiko cedera otot bahkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas dan moral kerja dari operator. Salah satu departemen dalam CV. Usaha Jaya. adalah departemen Produksi, yang dimana terdapat 6 stasiun kerja yaitu stasiun, Pencucian, Pengolahan, Pengepresan, Penggilingan, pencetakan, dan Pengepakan. Pada departemen ini terdapat aktivitas pekerjaan yang Jika dilihat dari postur kerja, maka salah satu faktor yang dapat menentukan ketidak nyamanan pekerja adalah postur kerja yang janggal (tidak semestinya dilakukan). Opertor (pekerja) sering merasakan kelelahan pada bagian tubuh atas. Analisis ergonomi akan dilakukan untuk menentukan postur kerja yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis sikap dan posisi kerja menggunakan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). Metode RULA digunakan untuk mengestimasi terjadinya risiko gangguan otot skeletal. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sikap kerja operator yang melakukan pencucian, pengolahan, pengepresan, penggilingan, pencetakan, dan pengepakan. dengan posisi aktual setelah diinvestigasi dengan menggunakan RULA checksheet mendapatkan hasil final score 5 yang berarti investigate further and change soon (perlu diinvestigasi lebih lanjut dan segera lakukan perubahan). Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah dengan mengubah postur kerjanya. Sikap dan posisi kerja operator dihitung lagi dengan mengunakan RULA checksheet dan hasilnya adalah 2 untuk pencucian, 2 untuk perebusan dua operator, 3 untuk operator ke dua operator, 2 untuk pengepresan, 2 untuk penggilingan, 2 pencetakan, dan nilai 3 pengepakan (acceptable) atau dapat diterima.
