Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Organization Communication and Working Discipline on Working Motivation. There are 65 respondents of this research, entirely are the employee of the Trisakti Institute Of Tourism. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, while Partial Least Square (PLS) is using for analysis tool. Hypothesis testing result showed that the Transformational Leadership have positively and significantly effect on Employee Employment Motivation. Communication Organization have positively and significantly effect on Employment Motivation. Work Discipline have positively and significantly effect on Employment Motivation. The research model tested in this study were able to meet the criteria of goodnessfit model. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Communication Organization, Work Discipline, Employment Motivation, Tourism, Faculty Member. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komunikasi Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada Karyawan Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Trisakti. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 65 Karyawan di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Trisakti. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purpose sampling, sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Motivasi Kerja. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapMotivasi Kerja. Model penelitian ini diuji dalam penelitian ini mampu memenuhi kriteria pengujian goodness fit model.
