Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of distributive justice and need for achievement to organizational trust and employee performance on employees of PT ED. The population of this research are employee of PT ED in IT Development Division which amounted to 50 and research sample amounted 50 respondents. The sampling method used saturated sampling. Data analysis method using Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research shows that need for achievement has significant effect on employee performance and organizational trust has significant effect on employee performance. Yet another case with distributive justice has no effect on organizational trust and distributive justice has no effect on employee performance. Keywords: Distributive Justice, Need For Achievement, Organizational Trust, and Employee Perfomance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan distributif dan kebutuhan untuk berprestasi terhadap kepercayaan organisasi dan dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT ED. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT ED bagian IT Development yang berjumlah 50 dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kebutuhan untuk berprestasi berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepercayaan organisasi berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disisi lain, keadilan distributif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan organisasi dan keadilan distributif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Keadilan distributif, Kebutuhan untuk Berprestasi, Kepercayaan Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan
