Abstract

This research aimed to know the Influence of Distributive Justice, Job Satisfaction, and Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Commitment of Intijaya Abadi, PT. this research using quantitative-descriptive approach. The research population was all permanent employees that have been working for more than a year in Intijaya Abadi, PT totaling 45 people, all of them were sampled, so research is a saturated sample. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in the location research study. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that distributive justice does positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction does no significant impact on organizational commitment and perceived organizational support to does positive and significant impact on organizational commitment at PT. Intijaya Abadi Keywords: Distributive Justice Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan distributif, kepuasan kerja dan dukungan organisasi yang di persepsikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pada PT. Intijaya Abadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap yang sudah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun di PT. Intijaya Abadi yang berjumlah 45 orang dan semuanya dijadikan sampel sehinggga penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan sampel jenuh. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian kepada responden di lokasi penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis mengunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan dukungan organisasi yang di persepsikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikkan terhadap komitmen organisasional di PT. Intijaya Abadi. Kata Kunci : Keadilan Distributif, Kepuasan Kerja, Dukungan Organisasi Yang Di Persepsikan, Komitmen Organisasional
