Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of transacsional leadership and work discipline on employee performance. The object for this research is owner and employer who works at PT. Tokyo Jaya Santoso Sukses that located in Jakarta. This research was done to 67 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis wich is used is statistic analysis in the form of double liner regression test. This result of this research shows show that positive effect and significantly the variable of transacsional leadership and work discipline on employee performance of the PT. Tokyo Jaya Santoso Sukses in Jakarta. It has been proven from the result of (f) simoultant test and the result of (t) partial show significant point of two independent variables that supports the hipothesys. Therefore, the accepted assumption is, two is influence between of transacsional leadership, and work discipline on employee performance PT. Tokyo Jaya Santoso Sukses in Jakarta. The coefficient of determination shows that the performance of the employees in PT. Tokyo Jaya Santoso Sukses is 46,1% affected by transacsional leadership and work disciplin. The other variables that this study does not use influence the rest of it, which is 53,9%. Keywoords : Transacsional Leadership, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Obyek penelitian ini adalah pemilik atau pegawai yang bekerja pada PT. Tokyo Jaya Santoso Sukses yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 67 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini meunjukan bahwa variable kepemimpinan transaksional dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tokyo Jaya Santoso Sukses di Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variable bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variable kepemimpinan transaksional dan disipin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tokyo Jaya Santoso Sukses di Jakarta. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan PT. Tokyo Jaya Santoso Sukses dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transaksional dan disiplin kerja sebesar 46,1 %. Sedangkan sisanya 53,9 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Dispilin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
