Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of participatory training, employee training and employee loyalty on the performance of Hollywood Hotel employees. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study were all Hollywood Hotel employees who employed 30 people and all of them were sampled. This research is a research with saturated samples.Data retrieval is done by distributing information to respondents at the research location. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear. The results of this study indicate that participatory leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Hollywood Hotel employees. Employee training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Hollywood Hotel employees. Employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Hollywood Hotel employees. Keywords: Participatory Leadership, Employee Training, Employee Loyalty, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif, pelatihan karyawan dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hollywood Hotel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hollywood Hotel yang berjumlah 30 orang dan semuanya dijadikan sampel sehingga penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan sampel jenuh. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisionerpenelitian kepada responden di lokasi penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hollywood Hotel. Pelatihan karyawan berpengaruhg positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hollywood Hotel. Loyalitas karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hollywood Hotel.
