Abstract
This research is to know the influence of health and safety (K3) safety, work stress, cruel conflict on the performance of drivers in Jagakarsa area. The object of this research is the driver of the project in Jagakarsa area. This research was conducted on 100 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially, Occupational Health and Safety (K3) variable, work stress, work conflict affect the driver performance. This is evidenced from the results of partial tests (t test) showed significant results of three independent variables that support the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that there is a joint influence between the variables of occupational safety and health (K3), work stress, and the cruelty conflict on the performance of drivers in Jagakarsa area. Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health, Working Stress, Work Conflict, Driver Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh jaminan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), stres kerja, konflik kejra terhadap kinerja driver gojek di kawasan Jagakarsa. Objek penelitian ini adalah driver gojek yang ada di kawasan Jagakarsa. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Variabel keselmatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), stres kerja, konflik kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja driver. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukan hasil signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesis. Hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), stres kerja, konflik kejra terhadap kinerja driver gojek di kawasan Jagakarsa.
