Abstract
Analysis Hidrograph of Flood Sunter River Watershed Using The HEC – HMS Software, Nur Cahyanti Wahyuningsih 41116120093, Ika Sari Damayanthi Sebayang, ST, MT, 2018. As knows asthe floods in the region of DKI Jakarta,whichhas been devastating to the public.Floods can also ruin buildings, tools and infrastructure, theenvironment, and can disruptthe society,s ordinances of DKI Jakarta region expecially in the sub DAS Sunter river. According to literature, since 1975, the great flooding has taken place at sunter. In 2002 it experienced a very severe flood that reached an altitude of nearly 2 feet [2 m] high. Monday, February 2, 2018, and then sunrises again overflow due to the high intensity of rain and the delivery of the bogor. It led to a flooding ina number of residents of the village of Malay cipinang, denunciations of makassar, east Jakarta, a pool of 60 - 100 cm. If the rains occur intermittently during a prolonged period of water, the sunsets will continue to overflow, but if the rain stops receding from the tide. The globalization that has occurred has now given a positive side to the development of hydrology in civil engineering, That has been created by the hec - HMS software. The hec's software is a model of numeric hydrologic model By the Hydrologic center OfEngineering (HEC) of US Army Corps Of Engineers. This study is intended to provide information regarding a flood account Using the hec-hms software program by comparing its value to river surveys and manual calculations. Analysis of Q2th, Q10th, Q20th, Q50th, Q100th, was calculated using Gama 1 Unit Hydrograph method and HEC-HMS software version 4.2.1 on plan rainfall analysis. The value of the HEC-HMS Q2th simulation software is 9,9 m³/sec, Q5th is 13.0 m³/sec, Q10th is 14.3 m³/sec, Q20th is 16.5 m³/sec, Q25th is 17.2 m³/sec Q50th is 18,22 m³/det and Q100th is 20,5 m³/det. The value of the HSS Gama 1 Q2th manual calculation is 14,24 m³/sec, Q5th is 23.94 m³/sec, Q10th is 30.30 m³/sec, Q20th is 36.35 m³/sec, Q25th is 42.77 m³/sec Q50th is 49,10 m³/det and Q100th is 55,71 m³/det. Keywords: Analysis of Flood, Sunter River, Gama 1, HEC - HMS Analisis Hidrograf Banjir Ubtuk Sub Daerah Aliran Kali Sunter Dengan Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak HEC – HMS, Nur Cahyanti Wahyuningsih, 41116120093, Ika Sari Damayanthi Sebayang, ST, MT Seperti diketahui bersama banjir di wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang terjadi setiap tahun, telah menimbulkan dampak yang merugikan bagi masyarakat. Banjir juga dapat merusak bangunan, sarana dan prasarana, lingkungan hidup, serta dapat merusak tata kehidupan masyarakat di wilayah DKI Jakarta khususnya di wilayah Sub DAS Kali Sunter. Menurut literatur, sejak tahun 1975 banjir besar terjadi di bantaran Kali Sunter. Pada tahun 2002 mengalami banjir yang sangat parah mencapai ketinggian hampir sekitar 2 meter. Senin, 2 Februari 2018 lalu Kali Sunter kembali meluap dikarenakan intensitas hujan yang tinggi serta adanya banjir kiriman dari Bogor. Hal itu mengakibatkan banjir di sejumlah permukiman warga di Kelurahan Cipinang Melayu, Kecamatan Makassar, Jakarta Timur, genangan air mencapai 60 – 100 cm. Jika hujan terjadi secara terus menerus dalam kurun waktu yang lama air Kali Sunter akan terus meluap, namun jika hujan reda akan kembali surut. Globalisasi yang terjadi kini telah memberikan sisi positif terhadap perkembangan ilmu hidrologi di bidang teknik sipil, yakni telah diciptakannya perangkat lunak HEC – HMS. Perangkat lunak HEC – HMS ini merupakan model hidrologi numeric yang dikembangkan oleh Hydrologic Engineering Centre (HEC) dari US Army Corps OF Engineers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi terkait perhitungan debit banjir dengan menggunakan program perangkat lunak HEC-HMS dengan membandingkan nilainya dengan survey sungai dan perhitungan manual. Analisa Q2th, Q5th, Q10th, Q20th, Q25th, Q50th, Q100th, dihitung menggunakan metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis Gama 1 dan Perangkat lunak HEC-HMS versi 4.2.1 terhadap analisis curah hujan rencana. Nilai dari simulasi perangkat lunak HEC-HMS Q2th sebesar 9,9 m³/det, Q5th sebesar 13,0 m³/det, Q10th sebesar 14,3 m³/det, Q20th sebesar 16,5 m³/det, Q25th sebesar 17,2 m³/det, Q50th sebesar 18,22 m³/det dan Q100th sebesar 20,5 m³/det. Nilai dari perhitungan HSS Gama 1 Q2th sebesar 14,24 m³/det, Q5th sebesar 23,94 m³/det, Q10th sebesar 30,30 m³/det, Q20th sebesar 36,35 m³/det, Q25th sebesar 42,77 m³/det, Q50th sebesar 49,10 m³/det dan Q100th sebesar 55,71 m³/det. Hasil survey sungai mendapatkan Q sebesar 18,6 m³/det. Kata kunci : Analisa debit banjir, Kali Sunter, Gama 1, HEC-HMS.
