Abstract
Internet users in Indonesia are among the world's top 5 groups. Besides the growing number of users, there are also an evolution of the quality level or speed of service required, and the variety of services. This massive bandwidth requirement occurs almost in all areas, both in big cities, to remote areas. The need for broadband services across the region regardless of geographical and characteristics. Responding to the result of situation analysis, Telkom Group through Telkom Access, it is necessary to immediately accelerate the spread of broadband telecommunication facilities aggressively so that all layers of citizen society have access to broadband services. PT. Telkom Access must conduct an analysis of whether the work has the feasibility to work, so that the company's goal to gain profit can be achieved. Related to this matter, will be conducted feasibility study by using several methods of capital budgeting (capital budgeting) Net Present Value (NPV) value obtained for Rp. 263.843.326.972,00 (Positive). This indicates that the NTE work is done or in other words the plan will be profitable in the coming years, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 18.7% then this project proposal is accepted, & Payback Period (PBP) the return occurs in the 3rd year of the 6th month, about 43 months not exceeding that required (less than 4 Years) then the proposed investment project is feasible. Keyword : Investment Criteria NPV, IRR, Payback Period Pengguna internet di Indonesia termasuk dalam kelompok 5 besar dunia. Disamping perkembangan jumlah pengguna yang meningkat signifikan, terjadi juga perkembangan tingkat kualitas atau kecepatan layanan yang dibutuhkan, serta ragam layanan. Kebutuhan bandwidth yang besar ini terjadi hampir di semua wilayah, baik di kota besar, menengah hingga ke pelosok-pelosok. Kebutuhan layanan broadband terjadi di seluruh wilayah tanpa memandang batasan dan karakteristik geografis. Menanggapi hasil analisis situasi tersebut, Telkom Group melalui Telkom Akses, menyadari bahwa harus segera dilakukan percepatan penyebarluasan fasilitas telekomunikasi broadband secara agresif sehingga seluruh lapisan masyarakat warga negara Indonesia memiliki akses terhadap layanan broadband tersebut. PT. Telkom Akses harus melakukan suatu kajian analisis apakah pekerjaan tersebut mempunyai kelayakan untuk dikerjakan, sehingga tujuan perusahaan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dapat tercapai. Terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut, akan dilakukan kajian kelayakan investasi dengan menggunakan beberapa metode penganggaran modal (capital budgeting) diantaranya Net Present Value (NPV) didapatkan bahwa nilai sebesar Rp. 263.843.326.972,00 (Positif). Ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan NTE tersebut dilakukan atau dengan kata lain rencana tersebut akan menguntungkan ditahuntahun yang akan datang, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 18.7% maka usulan proyek ini diterima, & Payback Period (PBP) pengembalian terjadi pada tahun ke-3 bulan ke-6 sekitar 43 bulan tidak melebihi dari yang disyaratkan (kurang dari 4 Tahun) maka usulan proyek investasi adalah layak.
